Angelina Jolie was spotted with new tattoo on her left arm when she visited Tunisia on Tuesday. Does this prove that they may adopt a seventh child?

Currently, her tattoos pertains map coordinates that correspond with the birthplaces of her six children: Maddox, 9 (Cambodia), Pax, 7 (Vietnam), Zahara, 6 (Ethiopia), Shiloh, 4 (Namibia), and twins Vivinne and Knox, 2 (France). So, with the new tattoo, does this means new adopted child?
